Employment Law

Making it Easier

The problem with all law is how hard it is for normal people to understand. A lot of people like to know what they are doing before actually doing it, if you understand what I mean.

The sections of Law need to be broken down, as a lot of tribunal problems is to do with ageism, sexual reference, racist comments etc. Then again, some of it has got to do with understanding if there is a way of taking action against a company especially if you have not been there a year!
